Elbe river car ferry
From the castle hotel to the Elbe river ferry it's about 600 meters
upstream on the right Elbe river side in northwest direction. The ferry is a car ferry
until 10:00 p.m. After 10 p.m., it's only a passenger
ferry until the next morning. It's about 700 meters from the Elbe river ferry on the left
Elbe river side straight along the Berthold-Haupt-Strasse to the stop tramway no. 1
"Freystrasse" in Kleinzschachwitz. From there you have a connection with
the tramway to the inner
town of Dresden.
